Work Experience:

TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (formerly known as SAWTEK) Orlando FL.  RF design engineer and project manager for the development of specialized surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters, resonators and sensors for various communications and sensing applications. Trained in statistically based experimental design techniques for design optimization. The results of these techniques not only produced optimal results, but the techniques were themselves optimal in reducing the number of runs needed to analyze effects and covariance of multiple design parameters. These experimental design techniques were used to develop optimal fabrication and processing of SAW devices.

Norfolk Southern Corporation, Roanoke, VA    Worked as a co-op in the Communications/Signals Department for 4 semesters.

Nominations and Awards:

Awarded the Tiger Athletic Foundation Undergraduate Teaching Award 2005-2006

Nominated for Advisor of the Year 2002-2003 (Gamma Beta Phi)

Elected Gamma Beta Phi National Advisor,  2002-2003.
