Undergraduate Scholarships
Many ECE scholarships use a common
Application for Scholarship form. Complete and submit this
form if directed to do so.
Scholarships listed below are available to students in electrical and
computer engineering.
George Reymond Scholarship in Electrical Engineering
- Award: Two students will be awarded $1000 each.
- Qualifications:
Student must be pursuing a degree in Electrical
Engineering with a GPA of 2.0 or higher and hold US citizenship.
- Instructions: Submit a
completed application to John Scalzo or Sandy Saale in
the
ECE main office by the close of business Friday, 05 October 2007.
Clint Ourso and Jennifer Romine Scholarship
- Award: Student will be awarded $1000, half will
be awarded in fall, and half in spring
- Qualifications: Student must be a full time
undergraduate student at LSU enrolled as junior or senior in the College of
Engineering majoring in electrical or computer engineering. The recipient
must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.4 and no higher than
3.7.
- Instructions: Submit a
completed application to John Scalzo or Sandy Saale in
the
ECE main office by the close of business Friday, 05 October 2007.
Robert G. Flory Scholarship
- Award: Two students will be awarded $1000
- Qualifications: Student must be full-time
pursuing a degree in electrical engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for
college work completed. Student must be American born and a resident of
Louisiana from Acadia, Lafayette, or Vermillion Parish. Recipient may retain
this scholarship for additional year(s) provided funds are available and the
student continues to meet eligibility requirements.

the
ECE main office by the close of business Friday, 05 October 2007.
